I need a black button down shirt and can't find one. Could I get away with wearing a boys dress shirt instead?

I have a very unique to dress code. Do you think I could just wear a boys dress shirt instead, or would it look peculiar? I'm small and curvy if that makes any difference.
We have to wear them buttoned all the way because we will be wearing red bow ties.

unquestionably. get a small one that's tight so it compliments your curves like you said, and button it down like 1/4 the way and fatigue a low-cut white tank top under it so it looks good.
